When registering an Account on the Platform, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact number. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. vboss99 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to keep credentials secure.

vboss99 reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify your identity, age, and address at any time as part of our KYC process. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension or termination and withholding of pending withdrawals pending investigation.

vboss99 accepts deposits via a range of Malaysian payment methods, including but not limited to: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX online banking, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, Visa, Mastercard, and selected cryptocurrency options including Bitcoin (BTC) and Tether (USDT).

All deposits are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR / RM) for Malaysian Users. The minimum deposit amount is RM50 unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method or promotional offer. Maximum deposit limits may apply and will be disclosed at the point of transaction.

• Deposits are credited to your Account Balance promptly upon confirmed clearance by the relevant payment provider;
• vboss99 does not charge platform-side fees on standard RM deposits via supported Malaysian payment channels;

Users may request withdrawal of real-money Account Balances subject to the following conditions being satisfied in full:

• All applicable Wagering Requirements attached to any Bonus funds contributing to your Balance have been met in full;
• The requested withdrawal amount does not exceed applicable daily, weekly, or monthly withdrawal limits;

All bonuses and promotional offers are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be published at the time of the offer. The general provisions below apply to all bonus activity on the Platform unless a specific promotion states otherwise.

• Bonuses are awarded at vboss99's sole discretion and may be withdrawn or modified at any time without prior notice;
• Each promotion is available to eligible accounts only — vboss99 reserves the right to determine eligibility criteria for each offer;
• Wagering Requirements must be satisfied before any Bonus-derived winnings become withdrawable as real money;
• Bonus funds and real-money funds may be maintained in separate wallets — real-money funds may be subject to a play-through order where active bonuses are in place;
• Bonus abuse, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts, coordinated betting, or exploiting system errors, will result in immediate forfeiture of all bonus funds and may result in Account termination;
• vboss99 reserves the right to reclaim bonus funds and associated winnings if fraudulent or abusive behaviour is detected post-award.

All bets placed on the Platform are subject to the specific rules governing each game type, sport, or event. These rules are accessible within each game interface or sports market and form part of these Terms. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and specific game rules, the specific game rules shall prevail for matters relating directly to that game or event.

General betting provisions include:

• Bets are final once confirmed by the system — Users are responsible for verifying their selections before submitting;
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per game or market and are displayed at the point of wagering;
• In the event of a technical error or system malfunction during gameplay, vboss99 reserves the right to void any affected bets and return stakes to User Balances;

Engaging in any of the actions below constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances pending investigation, and potential referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one Account, or operating an Account on behalf of a third party;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to place bets or interact with the Platform;
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or pricing anomalies for systematic financial gain;
• Engaging in match-fixing, insider betting, or using non-public information to gain an unfair advantage;
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime through the Platform;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent identity documentation during KYC verification;
• Using the Platform for any purpose other than lawful personal entertainment gambling;
• Engaging in coordinated arbitrage betting or other systematic strategies intended to guarantee profit at the Platform's expense;
• Using chargebacks or payment disputes to withdraw winnings fraudulently while retaining wins.
